It’s Finally Here – New Filings Beginning on Memorial Day

Yesterday, the announcement was made by Chief Administrative Judge that new non-essential electronic filings will be restored in some of the New York State Counties, including New York City Counties, Nassau and Suffolk counties and Westchester Counties. This is great news for all of you whose lives have been put on “pause.”
